Margitta (Schmitz) Ives

Beloved Wife of Ernest and Mother of Helen
Margitta tragically passed on Sunday January eighteenth two-thousand-four at two-thirty in the morning. Margitta had been admitted to the hospital one week before suffering from pneumonia.
Margitta is survived by her loving husband of forty years Ernest and their daughter Helen.
Margitta was born in Eberbach Germany on June fifth, Nineteen Hundred Forty Four, where she lived until November of 1963 when she and Ernie came to the United States and lived in New York state until Ernie was discharged from the U.S. Army. They then moved to California where they have made their home since.
Margitta was loved by all that knew her, and was always ready to help others. She will be missed by all that knew her especially her friends of forty five years.
